About MedMark Treatment Centers

Located in Essex, Maryland, is the nationally recognized MedMark Treatment Centers. With over 50 locations throughout the nation, they provide evidence based and compassionate care if you are ready to start recovery from an opioid, fentanyl, heroin or other substance use disorder. They accept Medicaid, Medicare, along with commercial insurance.

This is an outpatient clinic where you'll work with an array of mental health and medical professionals. Treatment is followed by intentional counseling and supportive care. Once you complete your treatment here, you'll also be supported through discharge planning so that you can make a smooth transition toward your next step in recovery.

Their locations are known for industry-leading medication assisted treatment (MAT). At their Essex location, dosing using methadone and buprenorphine is available. But Medmark treatment centers go beyond just being traditional dosing clinics. You’ll find a continuum of services and resources as well. There's case management services including referrals to community support if you require them.

They are supportive in helping you make informed decisions on your path toward recovery. They do this through their addiction and relapse prevention education support as well as coordinated pregnancy treatment if you're expecting.

I also appreciate that they have guest dosing here. This means you can continue daily meds while you’re traveling by stopping at one of their other clinics located around the country.

This clinic is located right off of the main highway that runs through Essex. This gives you easy access to the clinic, and there are different public transportation options that can get you here.
