Maryhurst of Louisville, Kentucky, is a nonprofit child and family support program. Their residential treatment program is designed to help adolescent girls facing a range of challenges, including substance abuse. In addition to their residential program, they provide transitional support and aftercare programs.

The average length of the program is six months to a year. Those in treatment will work together with staff through traditional therapies and other activities designed to develop new social and coping skills. Families are also involved in and play a key role in treatment.
