Treatment focuses on empowering clients through teaching new skills sets such as problem solving skills and interpersonal skills that can be brought back into their home environment. Individual therapy and group therapy are provided. Psychiatric care is provided, along with the therapeutic benefits of working with therapists and other trained staff to help clients address underlying concerns while in a safe space. Holistic treatments are combined with clinical treatment. Arts and crafts, psychotherapy, daily exercise, medical education, skill building, and goal-oriented groups are provided throughout the stay. To create long-term success, clients are provided an aftercare plan and are connected to outside resources so they can continue treatment upon discharge.
