Lowell House Glenice Sheehan Women Recovery is a nonprofit addiction rehabilitation program in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a short distance west of Strong Water Brook. Lowell House's services are dedicated to advocating for and assisting those living with substance abuse and delivering evidence backed care services to help them cope with their symptoms, find and sustain recovery, and reintegrate into communities. The Glenice Sheehan Womens Recovery program exclusively serves adult women. Services offered at this location include inpatient residential treatment, individual therapy, group therapy, advocacy services, case management support, vocational support, housing referrals and support, medical referrals, and education groups. Clients receive ongoing daily living support while they are enrolled in this program. Treatment plans are individualized to meet the needs of each client.
This location also offers a specialized HIV/AIDS prevention education group for clients.
