Livingston Residence

Livingston Residence IRTS is a CARF accredited, 24 hour residential treatment program operated by SpringPath Mental Health Services in West St. Paul, Minnesota.

This intensive residential treatment services program serves adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders through person centered, trauma informed and harm reduction oriented care.

Their approach blends clinical support with practical rehab, helping residents build stability and independence in a supervised setting.

Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment

Livingston Residence specializes in integrated dual diagnosis care for adults managing both mental health and substance use challenges.

Within an IRTS framework, the program provides full assessment and planning, medication management and psychiatry support, nursing services and relapse related support around the clock.

Treatment includes individual and group skill development, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy and family psychoeducation.
