About Lifetime Recovery
Lifetime Recovery is located in San Antonio, Texas. They have a continuum of care services including residential treatment and outpatient support. You'll also find specialized veteran services and recovery support services as well. You'll work with a treatment team that will devise an individualized treatment plan for your needs. Through evidence based support and wraparound services, you can start your path towards sustainable sobriety here.
Many people who start recovery from a drug or alcohol use disorder will begin with detoxification. Here, you'll have access to detox service referrals so that your detox can happen safely and under the care of experienced professionals.
Once your body is stabilized, you'll move into the residential or outpatient treatment program depending on your needs. The residential treatment program spans from 45 to 90 days. With both these programs, you'll work with a treatment team that includes counselors, therapists and medical professionals. You'll learn critical skills like how to identify triggers and manage behaviors that have led to your addiction struggles.
You'll also be supported through on-site group meetings through 12 step style programs. There are also educational classes and recreational activities you can participate in, too. With their CentroMed partnership, you can also get on site routine physicals and emergency medical care.
I appreciate this facility because they also have Spanish speaking counseling services. This can help minimize the roadblocks that might be standing in your path to care.
As you progress through your program, you'll be supported through recovery links coaching where you'll continue building the momentum you’ve gained in treatment. You can also get referrals to sober living arrangements as well.
