Some clients also opt to begin with their medically assisted withdrawal management, or detox program to get clean. Their facility has 16 beds and is designed to make individuals feel as comfortable as possible as they work through one of the toughest stages of their recovery journey. Staff are on hand to support, and medications can be prescribed to help manage uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Clients can expect to stay at the detox center for an average of 3-5 days.
This facility also offers a men’s residential addiction program. Offering 44 beds and a safe, supportive atmosphere, residents can really commit themselves to their recovery here and benefit from the center’s community environment. Participants typically stay here for around 28 days, but can last up to 90 days depending on patient needs and insurance coverage.
Lifeline’s Vancouver location also offers an offender reentry community support program, also known as ORCSP. Designed to aid ex-convicts and offenders struggling with mental health issues, behavioral health, and addiction as they transition back to a more normal life, Lifeline focuses on helping these individuals successfully reintegrate into their local community post-jail time.
