Here, you'll be supported through evidence based therapies and recreational activities.
There’ll be individual and group counseling sessions where you can begin processing your emotions. You can also reflect on experiences that have led to your addiction use in a safe and supportive manner. Through counseling, you’ll learn critical skills that will help you regain control of your life for a sustainable future.

I also appreciate that there are various extracurricular activities here that you can engage in as well. Outdoor activities include volleyball, basketball, and a walking ground. Meanwhile, arts and crafts, card games, and a trust rope course are other therapeutic activities you can turn to. These activities will help you regain a sense of normality away from your addiction dependency.

You’ll work with a dedicated team of professionals including psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and others. There are also therapists and educated and experienced support staff who will help you navigate recovery as well.
