You’ll have the option to join the intensive outpatient program, attend support groups facilitated by recovery coaches, and receive medication supported therapy. They use a harm reduction model and strive to reduce overdose deaths. While in outpatient treatment, you’ll be encouraged to reduce substance use, stop illegal activities and become employed. Medications like Vivitrol, buprenorphine and methadone are used to treat uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms and decrease your physical drug cravings.
Youth and family resources are provided in an outreach program to local schools and youth groups to strengthen and promote youth resiliency. The goal of this program is to combat substance abuse among teens.
