Outpatient addiction treatment at this facility includes group and individual therapy with medication management. You’ll engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR and relapse prevention therapy. You’ll learn about identifying high risk situations and how to prevent future relapses. Using CBT will help you figure out the connections between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. By doing this you’ll learn how your thoughts are linked to unhealthy behaviors. By changing your thought patterns in recovery, you can create a newer, healthier life. This outpatient program is for you if you have mild to moderate symptoms, are motivated to stop using and want to recover while living at home and maintaining your regular life

Medications like acamprosate, disulfiram and naltrexone are used to treat alcohol use disorder. Buprenorphine and naltrexone are used to treat opioid use disorders. These medications will be administered by the medical team to help with uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms and drug cravings. Medications are always used in conjunction with counseling.
