Road to Recovery gives adults a safe and stable residence where they can develop their recovery skills and return to life in the community. They serve men and women over 18 years old.

The team here will create an individual treatment plan to meet your needs including any co-occurring mental health issues. I appreciate that counselors will help you with any issues you have including educational, legal, vocational or other issues.

Generally, stays range from 30 to 60 days. Services are a mix of educational seminars, group and individual counseling, leisure activities, support groups, aftercare planning and relapse prevention.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) in Florida

Lakeview Center also offers MAT from their Pensacola location. They prescribe methadone, Vivitrol and Suboxone to treat opioid use disorders. I like that they have several medication choices so that you have options that best suit your needs. As part of this treatment, you’ll participate in group and individual counseling sessions to get to the heart of your behaviors and learn how to make healthy choices.
