They’ll include physicians and mental health specialists. They'll create an individualized treatment plan for you so that you can start building the skills you need for a sober future.
Through individual and group sessions, you learn how to identify triggers and other stressors that have contributed to addiction habits. Through counseling, you'll build critical coping skills that will help you make decisions in line with your long term goals and give you alternative ways to face challenges.
One great aspect of this program is that they offer court order assessments and recovery services as well. Through these supports and addiction education along with other services you can get back on your feet and minimize your risk of relapse.
They also offer court mandated programming including DUI/DWI education. You'll also have access to group counseling as well. You'll work with peers and mentors who are experiencing similar struggles. Through this you'll build a network of support that you can lean on during the tough times of your recovery.
