LaFayette Medical Approach is an outpatient opioid treatment program in New York City. Family owned and operated, they’ve been providing treatment to the community for over 50 years. If you have an opioid use disorder this program is for you. After you enroll here, you’ll be involved in counseling and medication assisted therapy.

I like this facility because there are no appointments necessary. Walk ins are actually accepted here. You’ll work closely with a counselor who will help you develop an individualized treatment plan. Methadone is used as a tool to help you reduce the urge to use. This medication will help you build a foundation for long term recovery.
