You’ll live in their program for about 90-150 days and receive therapy to treat your addiction. You must participate in at least 60 hours of weekly activities. This includes assessments and drug education, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and life skills training. You can also access 12 Step groups and stay with the group even after you wrap up the program. If you have any co-occurring disorders, like sexual abuse and trauma, they can help with that as well.
