About Jewish Family & Children’s Service – Tucson

Jewish Family and Children's Service Tucson provides outpatient behavioral health and counseling services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families in Southern Arizona. The organization offers individual, couples, and family therapy to address depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use concerns.

Care is delivered through a collaborative and community focused model that I contend meets the needs of diverse populations with coordinated mental health and substance related support.

Bilingual and Virtual Treatment

The center's counselors and therapists provide evidence based care tailored to each client's goals whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Sessions address underlying issues while building practical coping skills with treatment delivered in-office or via secure telehealth to fit your schedule. The team also offers psychiatric evaluation and medication management for clients who may benefit from integrated pharmacological support alongside therapy.

Substance Use and Co-Occurring Support

JFCS integrates substance use treatment within its broader behavioral health framework, providing coordinated care for individuals and families navigating addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns. We know this approach ensures that both substance related and emotional needs are addressed in one supportive setting.
