About Intensive Treatment Systems

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Intensive Treatment Systems Central Clinic has been providing substance abuse and drug rehab services for over 30 years. Care is available to adults aged 18+, including veterans and pregnant individuals, regardless of background. Tricare is accepted, as well as other private insurance including American Indian Health Plan for Native Americans.

The clinic’s ‘whole patient’ approach ensures clients receive holistic care. This is grounded in medication assisted treatment, using FDA approved medication to help relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

Something I love about this clinic is that it’s a 24 hour outpatient facility. This means clients can access treatment and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their services are extremely accessible, and they can schedule same day appointments for times convenient to YOU. They also accept walk ins.

Their team of care advocates or peers have personal experience which means they can offer a unique empathy to support clients’ journeys.

The clinic offers targeted support for pregnant individuals, veterans, and women in need. To ensure the safety of mother and baby, pregnant people are given top priority for treatment and offered an immediate intake appointment.

Their integrated care involves case management, peer support, individual and group counseling, addiction education, relapse prevention, an intensive outpatient program, and much more.

Former clients are mostly very positive. Some shout out specific nurses and staff members by name for their care, understanding, and ability to truly listen. Others express looking forward to their weekly meetings due to how supportive their counselors are.
