About Integrated Minds Wellness Center

Integrated Minds Wellness Center is an outpatient mental and behavioral health care facility for youth and adults in Edinburg, Texas. Dedicated programming is available for adolescents, seniors, trauma survivors, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

Clients receive medical and mental health assessments and personalized care planning. They also offer telehealth care, urgent appointment scheduling, and crisis intervention.

Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include referrals for additional medical, mental health, and/or social service programs. Payment options include private insurance and self pay.
