About Ideal Option Bellevue

Ideal Option is an accredited outpatient facility that has been specializing in medication assisted treatment for opioid addiction and substance use disorder since 2012. Care is available to adults aged 18 and older, regardless of background. You'll find 'em in Bellevue, Washington.

They accept commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Payment plans are also available.

Though medication assisted treatment is an integral part of their services, they also offer an outpatient program and relapse prevention. One excellent thing about this facility is its ease of access. New patients can begin treatment here within 1-3 days, which is great news for those ready to begin their recovery journey as soon as possible.

As part of their medication-assisted treatment, they offer FDA-approved buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Brixadi), naltrexone (Vivitrol), disulfiram, acamprosate, gabapentin, and bupropion. Clients can also get support transitioning from methadone to buprenorphine here. However, the center doesn’t prescribe or distribute methadone.

They also provide supporting treatment services like therapy, counseling, and peer support groups. A virtual clinic and telemedicine are also available for anyone unable to make regular in-person appointments.

Clients also receive regular blood, urine, and drug tests to monitor their medical condition and well-being. However, positive tests for traces of drugs or alcohol don’t mean individuals will be kicked out of the program. The staff understands that addiction is a complex and chronic condition, and they do not believe in penalizing clients in this way. Positive drug tests are instead seen as an indicator of instability, and treatment adjustments may need to be made. Should this be the case, the team will work with the client closely to offer further behavioral health support and services.
