About Horizon Health and Wellness

Based in Apache Junction, Arizona, Horizon Health and Wellness offers behavioral health and addiction treatment. Care is available to clients of all ages. Alcohol screenings are also available as part of their DUI support. This program also includes relevant treatment and 16 hours of DUI education. Their residential treatment involves individual and group therapy sessions alongside educational sessions as part of an individualized treatment plan.

Their intensive outpatient program consists of 48 sessions. Groups meet three times a week for three hours, with flexibility that allows clients to return home in between sessions and continue with their work or studies. Telemedicine is also available for clients unable to make regular in person sessions or meetings.
