Horizon Wellness Treatment Center gives residents in Lynchburg, Virginia access to substance use disorder treatments. At this location, they offer office based addiction treatment for clients older than 18. This program runs Monday through Thursday. Your recovery team will include a prescriber and a medical assistant. You’ll also work with a therapist and case manager.
