About Hope House Treatment Center

Hope House Treatment Center is a nonprofit mental health and drug and alcohol addiction treatment center located in Crownsville, Maryland, a short distance from the Severn River and Sherwood Forest. Hope House specializes in dual diagnosis care focused on helping adult clients through programs that support all areas of their lives. They provide short term residential treatment, inpatient detoxification, intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient program, individual counseling, group counseling, medication assisted treatment (MAT), 12 step groups, aftercare planning and placement, and ongoing alumni support.

Specialized services offered by Hope House include DUI/DWI education groups, gambling treatment, methadone maintenance, Accudetox acupuncture, and co-occurring disorder treatment. Hope House is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, certified by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and is designated as a BlueCross BlueShield Blue Distinction Centers for Substance Use Treatment and Recovery.
