About YWCA Northeast Indiana Recovery Services

Phase 3 focuses on self-sufficiency for sustainable recovery. Evidence-based treatment methods are used in combination with mindfulness and meditation, nutritional programming, skills-building groups, yoga and exercise, family education, and music therapy. Treatment also includes individual, group, and family therapy.
