What I like about Hope Community Services is just how much support you receive. The number of health and social support services they offer is immense. It includes things you might expect, like medication and case management, but goes even deeper with housing and employment support for qualifying individuals. That's in addition to the therapy services the program is built on.

They also provide transitional living support. Programs like these are typically intended for people who are exiting a treatment program but aren't quite ready to return home. It can give a blend of continuing support and independent living and allows you to practice your recovery skills until you're ready to return home.
