Located in Camden, Tennessee, Hope Center Ministries - Camden Men's Center is a faith based 12 step drug and alcohol rehab. Offering a 12 month residential recovery program for men with substance use disorder and behavioral problems. Services include counseling, Christian worship, working responsibilities, 12 step program, and peer support.
Hope Center Ministries has supported individuals and families through mental health and addiction challenges. Their three phased program uses biblical principles and the 12 step program to support individuals to overcome addiction. Phase one lasts for six weeks and includes 12 step work, individual and group layperson counseling, Celebrate Recovery program, spiritual development, daily devotion, chores, Bible studies, daily reflection, family visitation, recreation, pastoral care, and support from other churches. Phase two runs for 38 weeks and includes similar programming to phase one with the addition of vocational training for 40 hours per week, life skills training, and working toward their future goals. Phase three
lasts eight weeks, during which residents will earn vehicle and phone privileges, earn an income, and learn principles for financial stewardship and recovery skills.
As a nonprofit organization, Hope Center Ministries - Camden Men's Center does not receive outside commercial or state funding or take private insurance. They take charitable donations from individuals and churches, which allow them to offer the residential program for a $700 admissions fee.
