This program delivers a minimum of 24 hours of treatment per week, including at least one hour of individual counseling. Transportation is available to help you attend medical and legal appointments. They can also provide sober living arrangements prior to discharge. I like how this program also includes educational sessions and leisure activities.

There is a Track 1 program that focuses on alcohol and drug challenges, helping you develop coping strategies to meet short term goals. HMK’s Track 2 program addresses co occurring issues like substance dependency with mental health disorders, using CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and motivational enhancement therapy (ME) for tailored support.
