About Hillcrest Youth Services

Hillcrest Youth Services offers an array of addiction treatment programs for kids aged 10 through 21. These kids are generally a ward of the court or are recommended for services by the Department of Child Services. There are residential and outpatient program options, as well as substance abuse treatment initiatives.

During residential care, kids will receive an individualized treatment plan and connect with a social worker. A level system is used to measure progress and as the child progresses they earn more privileges. While staying here, kids are fully engaged in the educational process and participate in extracurricular activities. Regular visitation by the families is encouraged.

The substance abuse treatment initiative is their outpatient program that treats kids aged 12 through 18 in an intensive therapy and educational environment. Sessions will focus on identifying cravings and how to live a happy sober life.
