About Helping Professionals Wellness Center

The Helping Professionals Wellness Center offers intensive and general outpatient services for people dealing with substance use disorder from their clinic in Vancouver Washington. They serve men and women of all ages and will do their best to accommodate clients with court ordered treatments.

Once you sign up, their case management team will work closely with you to create a tailored care plan that factors in the severity of your addiction, resiliency, existing recovery skills, schedule, and community support systems. They accept many major insurances, including Medicare, and Medicaid.

Outpatient addiction treatment includes individual and group counseling, peer mentoring services, and psychotherapy and medication for additional mental health disorders. Counseling is a type of psychoeducation, which means that you learn more about how addiction works to help you understand your personal barriers to sobriety and develop skills relevant to recovery.

During and after treatment, peer mentors with lived experience provide extra support. They can connect you with community support groups and outreach programs, help you practice your new skills, and assist you with practical needs such as employment and housing.
