About Health Solutions

Health Solutions Adult Services is located in Pueblo, Colorado, and serves adults, families, couples and older adults in the community. They used to be called Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center. They provide therapy, diagnostic evaluations, substance use and DUI treatments, medications, and emergency crisis services. You can access some services via telehealth.
The clinicians at Health Solutions provide culturally sensitive treatment through cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy and trauma-informed treatment. Case managers will work with you to get you a wide range of behavioral health supports so you can have the resources to meet your needs.
If you are in an emotional or mental health crisis, you can walk in for help. There's also mobile evaluation services if you're unable to come to the office. You don't need an appointment and this service is available 24/7. Youths 15 years or older can be seen without a parent's consent. Clinicians can refer you to detox services if needed. You'll be evaluated to determine the right level of care for you.
