About Hazelbrook Community Recovery Center: Paradigm One
Paradigm One, the Hazelbrook Community Recovery Center provides services to help people in recovery with re-entry and maintaining sobriety. The center in Aurora, Colorado offers several programs that promote a healthy lifestyle and long-term recovery including peer support, life skills classes, performing and visual arts classes, financial health classes, sober events and activities, and employment readiness training.
The center also provides fitness programs that support physical and mental health. Classes include strength and conditioning, boxing, yoga, and jiu-jitsu, and there is a fully equipped gym with weights and cardio equipment. Fitness classes are free to everyone and the only requirement to attend is 24 hours of sobriety.
