About Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge

Located in Greensboro, NC, Great Piedmont Teen Challenge is a Christian based drug and alcohol rehab. This faith based program is a residential addiction treatment experience for men aged 18 and over. Students who are married can also attend a marriage restoration program. Treatment consists of work therapy, recreation, bible study, group and individual counseling, money management, goal setting, nutritious meals, and learning how to apply Christian principles to your life.

During the first phase of the 30 day treatment, residents overcome bad personal habits, control emotional problems, learn the basic beliefs of the Christian faith, and go through counseling to grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially. The second phase, which is six months, is when residents build Christian character into their lives and apply it in practical ways. An evaluation process determines graduation and considers motivation, cooperation, and growth.
