Located on over 19.5 acres in rural Clarke County, Virginia, Grafton Berryville Campus is a secure psychiatric residential treatment facility. With 12 units, Berryville has the capacity and clinical expertise to serve children with mental health treatment needs. The treatment program includes a psychiatric assessment with a board certified psychiatrist, an individualized treatment plan, music instruction, art activities, individual and group therapy, day school, organized sports activities, and animal assisted therapy. Each child has access to a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, therapies, teachers, case managers, dieticians, and support staff. Additional services include speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and a horticulture program.

Grafton is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Cognia, the Virginia Council on Private Education, and they are licensed by the state. They are also nationally recognized for their military and first responders program by the organization, Help for Our Heroes. Grafton accepts Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, and self pay. Financial aid is also available.
