With 12 units, Berryville has the capacity and clinical expertise to serve children with mental health treatment needs. The treatment program includes a psychiatric assessment with a board certified psychiatrist, an individualized treatment plan, music instruction, art activities, individual and group therapy, day school, organized sports activities, and animal assisted therapy. Each child has access to a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, therapies, teachers, case managers, dieticians, and support staff. Additional services include speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and a horticulture program.

Grafton is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Cognia, the Virginia Council on Private Education, and they are licensed by the state.
