About Grace Counseling Center
Grace Counseling Center is an outpatient mental health and addiction recovery facility for adolescents and adults in Lewisville, Texas. They specialize in partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and aftercare programming, including gender specific services and dedicated programming for young adults, military personnel and veterans, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness. Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and case management. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma informed individual, group, and family counseling drawing on proven modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Age and gender specific recovery education is emphasized and may address topics such as coping, self care, emotional regulation, anger and stress management, and relapse prevention. An array of evidence based complementary therapies is available, including meditation and mindfulness, recreational therapy, and fitness and recreational therapy.
Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include step down support and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs. Private insurance and self pay are accepted.
