Get Real Recovery is a private residential substance abuse treatment facility in the heart of Laguna Niguel, California, southeast of Clipper Clove Park. Staff have carefully crafted a relaxed, home-like atmosphere to help clients feel more comfortable so they can focus on their recovery. Clients live together at the residence, giving them opportunities to form support networks and help one another through their lived experiences. Clients receive individualized care to ensure their specific needs and goals are addressed. They serve adult clients. Services offered include detoxification, inpatient residential treatment, individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), introduction to 12-step groups and principles, holistic therapies, life skills training, and additional medical services as needed.

This facility also provides a specialized treatment track for executives and professionals that allows them to continue to work during the program.
