About Gaudenzia Together House Womens Unit
In the heart of metropolitan Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is Gaudenzia’s Together House Men’s Program. This is a high intensity residential treatment program that works with adult men who are experiencing struggles with substance use.
They primarily serve men who have a criminal history or are involved with the criminal justice system. Through their supportive and judgment free programs, you'll have the opportunity to build the skills you need and overcome the challenges you've faced that have resulted from your substance use or co-occurring mental health struggles.
They accept policies from select insurance providers. They also accept Medicaid plans. If you're unable to afford care, there are staff members who will help you apply for county funding.
Often, men who are battling addiction or mental health struggles in life bring with them an array of experiences that have led them to engage in destructive behavior. The Together House Men’s Program recognizes this and takes a comprehensive approach to recovery, blending both evidence-based practices and person focused support.
The services you'll find here are led by trauma and culture informed care. No matter your background, or past life experiences, you won't feel judged or isolated. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to dive into your past struggles so that you can learn how to manage similar experiences you might encounter in the future.
The facility sits in a historic part of the city and you’re close to popular destinations like the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Liberty Bell, City Center, and other destinations. Rail Park and JFK Plaza are also pretty close by. You’re also close to major areas of town, making it easy to commute to your place of work or other community spaces you need to get to.
