About Freedom House Conway
Freedom House in Conway, Arkansas, is now permanently closed. They provided an adult program for adult men and women to address drug and opioid misuse and addiction. It was a residential home in Conway, which is 30 miles north of Little Rock. Conway has its own walkable historic downtown area and outdoor recreation at Lake Conway for clients in recovery to explore and reconnect with their community.
Logistics
The facility once offered substance use assessments that were necessary to establish the level of care needed to address your symptoms and create an appropriate treatment program. They provided residential treatment and outpatient programs.
Freedom House began as a men's only residential facility and later expanded to accept women. Before closing, they had the capacity to treat 24 men and 24 women.
Care & Adult Education Classes
The program used evidence-based treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy settings, motivational interviewing and adult education classes.
While offering residential treatment, Freedom House provided social detox and a chemical free-living center that supported your reintegration into the community. Outpatient programming ensured that your care continued after discharge. The program accepted Medicare and Medicaid and offered self-pay options.
