About 4CHealth

4CHealth is formerly the Four County Counseling Center. It’s in a secluded corner of Kokomo, Indiana. They specialize in mental and behavioral health, including addiction treatment. Support is available to clients of all ages, including pregnant individuals who can access immediate access if they’re struggling with substance use, which can include tobacco.

The center accepts most insurance providers. This includes Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), and Medicare. Financial assistance and good faith estimates are also available.

This center takes a unique hybrid approach to behavioral health by offering mental health and addiction treatment in person, by video, or over the phone. Flexible care is accessible care, and the team makes sure not to compromise on the quality of their clinical support, regardless of the medium used.

In-person and virtual care options are offered to individuals depending on their personal circumstances and the severity of their condition. Appointments can take place weekly. Therapy and psychiatric medication management services are also available either online or in person. Intensive community, home, and school-based services are available in person only.

Care offered is personalized, with clinicians providing individual, group, and family therapy. Clients can also access recovery coaching sessions, peer recovery support, and medication assisted treatment (MAT) to help them manage any withdrawal symptoms and cravings they may be experiencing as they recover from their substance use and addiction.

The center also offers a MaT-Rx (Maximizing Tools in Recovery) program. This uses a wraparound approach that combines MAT and outpatient treatment services to support individuals struggling with addiction.
