Four County Counseling Center (4C) in Cass County operates out of their clinic in Logansport, Indiana. It's in a quiet corner away from the suburbs and not too far from Riverside Park. The 4C clinic offers a wide range of services onsite and in the community. Some specialties I noticed were the mobile crisis support teams that support law enforcement and first responders and the Community Based Skills Trainers.

The Skills Trainers work in client homes and family settings to teach adults and youths how to address behavioral health concerns. They help families manage stress more effectively and can start to address root issues that might contribute to substance use or other negative behaviors.

One thing I found really interesting was the focus on hybrid treatment at 4C. They offer in person and virtual care options, and they encourage you to use what works best for you. Virtual care can help ensure you don’t miss appointments due to transportation challenges or a tight schedule.

Therapy and medication management can be done virtually. More intensive services provided are in person only, but can also meet you at your home, school, or other locale in the community.
