About Foundations San Fransisco
Foundations San Francisco is an integrative drug and alcohol rehab and mental health care facility for adults in San Francisco. Their services include crisis intervention and patient stabilization, medically supervised detox, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient (OP), and alumni programming. Dedicated services are available for young adults, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ persons, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
Their luxury treatment center allows clients to focus on their recovery in a comfortable, home-like environment featuring premium amenities, including oceanfront views and onsite fitness and recreational facilities. Clients undergoing detox receive round-the-clock medical supervision and may be prescribed FDA-approved medications to ease withdrawal symptoms and prevent potentially serious complications. Medical and mental health assessments and personalized care planning are provided for all clients. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma-informed individual, group, and family counseling drawing on proven modalities, including CBT. The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety and successful community reintegration through robust, recovery-focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self-care, wellness, emotional regulation, anger and stress management, and relapse prevention. An array of evidence-based complementary therapies is available, including acupuncture, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and massage.
Their outpatient and aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include transitional support for clients stepping down from higher-intensity treatment and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs. Foundations San Francisco is LegitScript certified and accredited by NAATP, CARF, and The Joint Commission and accepts private insurance and self-pay.
