About Foundations

Group-Based Intensive Outpatient Program

This option is more curriculum-based, centered predominantly around group therapy sessions. Case management and individual therapy sessions are also included. Required commitment amounts to three lots of three hour treatment sessions per week. Evening sessions and women-only groups are also available.

Meanwhile, standard outpatient care requires just one hour per week of group therapy. Various group times and smaller group sizes are available in this program.
