About Foley House

Foley House is a substance use disorder treatment program operated by Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP), a nonprofit serving Los Angeles County since 1972.

I've found that the program provides residential care for adult women and connects clients with outpatient services, case management, medication assisted treatment coordination and recovery support.

Foley House is built on SCADP's mission to create meaningful alternatives to incarceration, offering compassionate, accessible treatment to underserved communities across Southern California.

Women's Residential Addiction Treatment in Los Angeles County

Foley House specializes in residential substance use treatment for adult women, including pregnant and postpartum clients and those navigating co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma histories or intimate partner violence.

As a certified Drug Medi-Cal provider, SCADP, I've found, grounds care in a full ASAM assessment to match each woman to the right level of support.

Treatment may include individual and group counseling, CBT, DBT, trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, anger management and 12 step support.

Clients also benefit from wraparound services like free childcare for children ages 0 to 14, housing assistance and aftercare planning that support long-term stability.

Court Involved and Accessibility Focused Care

SCADP is well-versed in serving court involved clients, recognizing referrals from probation, parole, DCFS, DUI, PC1000, AB109 and CalWORKs programs.

The organization also offers deaf and hard of hearing services with certified ASL interpreters, ensuring equitable access to recovery for diverse populations.

Treatment is free for qualified Medi-Cal and My Health LA beneficiaries, with additional options including self-pay, sliding scale, private insurance and county or state funding.
