Having since relocated from Speedway, Fall Creek Counseling West can now be found in Indianapolis, Indiana. As one of three Fall Creek Counseling locations, this location offers affordable and flexible day, evening, and weekend addiction treatment services to adults.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Addiction Treatment in Marion County

Services here are offered on an outpatient basis, with the highest level of care being the center’s IOP. On this program, you can expect to meet for three sessions per week for 8 weeks, while engaging in various treatment strategies. Some of these include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional regulation, and motivational interviewing. The program features a 12 week aftercare component, with participants meeting just once per week.

Meanwhile, the outpatient program features similar services, but instead meets once a week for 22 weeks. Both programs are available in English and Spanish.

A Relapse Prevention Program in Indianapolis

If you struggle with relapse and have already benefited from addiction education and counseling, they have a relapse prevention program here that’s specifically designed to help you tackle recurring substance abuse issues. You’ll meet with a group once per week for 12 weeks, and attend at least 2 support groups per week.

You’ll also develop an individualized treatment plan, improve your communication and anger management skills, and complete the first 3 steps in the 12 step program while also finding a sponsor. Aftercare sessions are also included.
