The Fairview Treatment Center is a program within the St. Mary Parish Government. The Center is located in Morgan City, Louisiana. They provide inpatient treatment for men and women with an alcohol to substance use issue.

Medicaid is one of the insurances that are accepted. If you are uninsured you will have the option for self pay. Some self pay clients may be eligible for a state block grant.

Their detox program has five beds for males and five beds for females. You are screened and will have an assessment. This will help staff determine if you meet the criteria for detox. Once admitted, the doctor will evaluate within 24 hours. You are monitored frequently for the first 72 hours. The length of detox will be between three to seven days.

The inpatient rehab program allows for 26 men and 17 women. When you arrive, you will be screened immediately for drugs, alcohol, and other conditions that could affect treatment. You’ll then attend orientation to better understand the expectations and program rules.

Your admissions counselor will help develop your treatment plan to meet your needs. After, you’ll be assigned a primary counselor. The primary counselor will be the person who will monitor and track your treatment progress.
