Located in Laporte, Indiana, Evolve Indy provides addiction treatment through alcohol and drug rehab programs for men and women. They offer partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and traditional outpatient treatment. Those with dual diagnosis are treated for their mental health condition and addiction concurrently. Each person is offered an individualized treatment plan that caters to his or her unique needs and goals for treatment.
