The Elba House location is a level II residential program with 10 bedrooms for women who are pregnant or parenting. The team of mental health professionals supports women in achieving abstinence and developing the skills to maintain their recovery using evidence based interventions. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan, and includes individual counseling, group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), family education and support, skill development, family intervention, mindfulness groups, and relapse prevention training.

Elba House accepts Medicare, AHCCCS, most insurance plans, and self pay. Funds may also be available through the Substance Abuse Block Grant program.
