About Easthaven Halfway House

EastHaven Halfway House was a substance use recovery program in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. They’re permanently closed now but this program was open to adults who had completed an inpatient program. It was a halfway house/transitional living program that provided additional treatment and skill development to those who showed dedication to sobriety. It is now closed.

EastHaven's program included five to eight hours of programs each week. These took the form of house meetings and other group activities as well as individual support settings. Clients were expected to be employed or to find employment, so meetings were available in the morning and at night. Residents were also encouraged to participate in community support groups, like AA and NA.

They also helped residents develop skills to get jobs. I always like vocational support in a program because it recognizes that not everyone comes from a place of stability, and sometimes we need help becoming self sufficient.

EastHaven accepted self pay and State of Minnesota insurance plans.
