About Door To Hope
Serving the community of Salinas, California, Door to Hope provides behavioral health treatment services to adults and families. This location is a residential addiction treatment program for women in a Tudor home. This is an affordable and highly effective program that accommodates up to 14 women at a time. Door to Hope recommends you stay in this program for between three and six months.
The Hayward Home, also known as The Door, provides vital professional support to create positive and lasting change. Treatment will include individual and group therapy, medication assisted therapy, and psychoeducation. They also use the 12 Steps, and stress and anger management to help with other hardships.
Licensed clinicians will help you overcome your addiction by using motivational enhancement therapy (MET), Seeking Safety, and the matrix model. Experts in parenting and grief will be onsite to help you through any sensitive topics you might be navigating. Medications may be used to treat withdrawal symptoms and decrease any drug cravings.
To be admitted to this program you must be 18 years of age and older and be diagnosed with a substance use disorder. You must be physically and psychiatrically stable and able to participate in an active program of counseling and recovery activities. You’ll also need to exhibit willingness and motivation to follow all principles and guidelines.
