About Crossroads Mission

Crossroads Mission Recovery Rehabilitation is a Christian based recovery program that provides complete drug and alcohol treatment. They begin with drug and alcohol detox as necessary in a safe environment. The center offers 24-hour monitoring by certified emergency medical technicians. Nurse practitioners are also available to provide medical services. You can stay in the detox program for up to 10 days during withdrawal. This helps to reduce the potential risk of life-threatening side effects that can occur during withdrawal from certain drugs.

You receive case management services to help prepare you for further treatment. The next step is to enter a 120 day residential program that offers individual and group therapies by licensed counselors. The program content is based on a 12 Step model but also provides other appropriate modalities of treatment. Peers who have graduated from the program are role models and offer motivation and support.

The program places a strong emphasis on family unification, including spouses, children, and extended family members. They encourage you to enter the program with an open mind. They address you with whole person care, factoring in your physical, social, emotional, and spiritual recovery. They’re a nonprofit organization that accepts donations to help pay for care.

There are also shelters for families and for men. If you need additional support, or even a place to spend the night, you might be able to get assistance here. They’re stepping stones that’ll help you rebuild your independence.

In addition to recovery services, they’re also very centered in their community. The mission has a thrift store that provides residents with low-cost goods. They accept volunteers to build up their social skills and get back into their communities. The mission also serves hot meals for those who need a bit of extra food security or have trouble making ends meet.
