About Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center
Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center is located in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. The organization is accredited by CARF. They are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Promas and are members of the Glasser Quality Organization. They are a drug detox and addiction treatment center. Treatment is provided to adults who are 18 years of age and older. Insurance is accepted.
Their detox treatment is an inpatient non hospital program. You will be monitored by the medical staff and have 24 hour nurse supervision. Your length of stay will be determined by your specific needs. The average length of stay is three to five days.
When deemed appropriate, medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available. The medications will only be used during your time in detox. They do not provide maintenance dosing.
The residential treatment program is co-ed. Chemical dependency must be your primary diagnosis. The average length of stay is typically two to four weeks. Again, the length of your stay will be customized based on you and your needs.
You will attend individual therapy weekly. They also have a psychiatrist available once per week. I like that they also offer experiential therapy. You will be able to attend a music group, Bible study and the spiritually group. You will also be able to do daily activities and have access to the exercise room.
While attending group therapy, you will be able to build relationships. I like that you will have support from your peers and you will be able to support them in return. If needed, they are also able to schedule family therapy as needed.
