Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse -- Coastal Bend (COADA) is a substance abuse recovery facility in Corpus Christi, Texas, just west of Cole Park near the shore. They serve adult and youth clients with comprehensive outpatient care and free ongoing aftercare support.
