For more flexible support, you'll also find a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) care.

Here, you will have access to detox using counseling approaches like cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Your treatment team will determine if medical detox will suit your circumstances.

In inpatient and outpatient treatment, you'll have access to support such as individual and group counseling. There's also family counseling that will help your loved ones build the skills they need to best support you. Other services here include talk therapy and activity based therapy. These will help you build the healthy habits you need for sustainable sobriety.

You can also be connected to peer support groups. These support groups are critical because you can lean on your peers and mentors during the difficult parts of your recovery.

There’s also Help For Heroes. This is their speciality track for veterans and first responders who might be impacted by PTSD and other stress that can lead to addictions.

There are no obligation assessments available, allowing you to have a voice in your recovery plan. Once an individualized treatment plan is created, it will be customized to your needs and adjusted when necessary.
